• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:15) | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotation (08:00 – 12:30)

• Component Identification: Using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) to precisely source and identify components for retail, trade, and internal workshop orders.
• Workshop Support: Working closely with our service technicians to ensure swift parts delivery, keeping workshop efficiency high and vehicle downtime low.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, managing incoming manufacturer orders, overseeing core returns, and assisting with inventory optimization.
• Inbound Enquiries: Handling a high volume of phone and email queries, providing technical guidance, and identifying natural upselling opportunities for accessories.
• Requirements: A proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within a franchised main dealer or motor factor environment is required. You must have solid experience using a DMS (Pinnacle, Kerridge, or equivalent) and possess high precision when managing part numbers and stock counts.

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, and Maidstone.
