Role OverviewSeeking a motivated Junior Service / PDI Technician to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a clean, straightforward role focused on pre-delivery inspections (PDI), fresh car prep, and routine servicing across modern VAG passenger cars, while earning exceptional basic pay and learning from senior master technicians.
Requirements- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or 6+ months hands‑on workshop / PDI experience).
- Efficient work style with a passion for clean vehicle prep, routine maintenance, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to upskill and learn VAG diagnostic systems through manufacturer-backed training.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly served by the A21, A26, and A264, offering fast commutes across West Kent and East Sussex.
- Public Transport: Close proximity to Tunbridge Wells and High Brooms mainline railway stations, alongside local bus connections.
- Commutable From: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Pembury, Paddock Wood, and Southborough.
