Quantity Surveyor - Senior & Managing

Senior Quantity Surveyor & Managing Quantity Surveyor South East London Permanent Looking to play a key role in delivering major Thames Water infrastructure projects? On behalf of a tier 1 contractor client we are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join its commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale water and wastewater projects across the Thames Water framework. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading water sector contractors with a strong pipeline of AMP projects and long-term career progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing
• Managing the commercial delivery of major water infrastructure projects
• Administering NEC contracts, applications for payment and subcontract agreements
• Producing cost reports, forecasts, budgets and valuations
• Working closely with project, design and supply chain teams to control costs and maximise value What we're looking for
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within utilities, water, civil engineering or MEICA
• Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Working towards or holding professional accreditation (RICS, ICES or similar) ? Major Thames Water framework projects ? Hybrid working available ? Competitive salary and package ?
