We are looking for kind hearted, compassionate and hardworking people to join us as community Care Assistants at our Tunbridge Wells branch. Being a care assistant is hugely rewarding and you will be the kind of person who feels great when you help and make a difference to other people.

We are looking for people who live in or under a 20 minute commute from the following areas: RH6, RH7, RH10, RH18, RH19, TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN7, TN8, TN9, TN10, TN11, TN12, TN17, TN18 to carry out house-to-house care visits.

No previous experience is required – full training is given via our pre-employment induction and 12 week onboarding process which includes shadowing, e-learning and working towards nationally recognised qualifications. From here there are opportunities for ongoing training and development via our apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities include personal care, light domestic duties, assisting with medication and providing social interaction, a listening ear and empathy to the most vulnerable in your local community.

All visits, tasks and notes are logged on our carer app, which can be viewed by family members and the data you enter is also monitored by AI powered technology which generates risk alerts allowing our teams to signpost/arrange additional care, support or medication. This has led to a 70% reduction in hospital admissions for our service users.

OPTION 1 – MORNING AVAILABILITY 7:00am–3:00pm This pattern typically provides approximately 6 hours of scheduled care visits within your availability window.
OPTION 2 – EVENING AVAILABILITY 3:00pm–9:00pm This pattern typically provides approximately 5 hours of scheduled care visits within your availability window. OPTION 3 – FULL-DAY AVAILABILITY 7:00am–9:00pm Offering wider availability allows us to provide you with more care visits and potentially more hours,

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
• A flexible combination of weekdays and weekends.

You must have the right to work in the UK and be 18 or over.
