Assertive Outreach Team Support Worker

Do you believe in people's potential to recover, thrive, and live fulfilling lives? As a Support Time and Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people with mental health difficulties take positive steps towards recovery, independence, and wellbeing.

Working as part of our Community Mental Health Service, you will build supportive, therapeutic relationships with people in their own homes and local communities, helping them achieve goals that matter to them. You will also support individuals during their inpatient stay and help them prepare for a successful return home, providing continuity and reassurance at key points in their recovery journey.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a compassionate, multidisciplinary team that works differently. We work closely with primary care, voluntary organisations, housing providers, social care partners and other community services to provide joined-up, person-centred support.
