Join our Packing Team and play an important part in bringing our award-winning meals to life. Full training is provided, so previous food production experience isn't essential.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week:

Monday to Friday | 5:30pm - 1:30am

As a Packing Team Member, you will:

• Help ensure our award-winning meals leave the kitchen looking their very best and meeting Bigham's high quality standards
• Use specialist equipment to identify and remove products that don't meet quality requirements
• Accurately add toppings, labels and packaging to create a finished product ready for customers
• Keep packing lines supplied with the materials needed to run efficiently, including sleeves, boxes and packaging components
• Safely stack finished products onto pallets and prepare them for collection by our Logistics team
• Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Complete production paperwork and records accurately
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and support smooth handovers between shifts
• Highlight any equipment, quality or safety concerns to the appropriate team members
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment to achieve daily targets and keep our customers supplied with great food
