Style Advisor - Tunbridge

As our journey continues, we’re looking for a passionate, talented and friendly Part‑Time Style Advisor (8 hours) to join the team in our Tunbridge Wells store, on a permanent basis.

• Play an active role in store’s sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role‑model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these high standards
• Support the manager in ensuring our store and team remain connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the manager’s absence
• Act as key holder in manager’s absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and act on any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice

• Passion for styling and willingness to learn about Jigsaw products to pass this on to our customers
• Keen to learn and take on new challenges
• Commercial awareness and confidence to make suggestions to line manager
