Responsibilities- Operate under our Walkers brand, managing your own territory of over 120 stores and visiting 10–15 per day. Work independently, be self‑motivated and manage your time effectively.
- Provide bespoke service to each customer, advising on best‑selling products, upcoming offers and conveying your passion for the brand.
- Deliver individual KPIs and support the team with expertise and knowledge. Act as a Champion area delegate to keep the team informed and help maximise opportunities.
- Cash and carry visit to collect stock in Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
- Plan your day ahead using your call file to ensure each store benefits from your visit.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
- Create, grow and maintain your personal portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
- Champion an aspect of the role for the team you work with.
- Full, manual UK driving licence.
- Strong selling skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Relationship building ability.
- Time‑management skills.
- A positive and persuasive attitude.
- Independent worker with minimal supervision.
- Experience working to targets.
- £32,000 annual salary.
