You'll manage the entire sales journey, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience.Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on kitchen & bathroom products and design solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.
• Visit customers on-site or in their homes when required to discuss project requirements.
• Design and coordinate kitchen & bathroom projects tailored to individual needs and budgets.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up to secure sales.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and recommending complementary products.
