You’ll be joining our Logistics team in a chilled, modern warehouse environment, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly as we prepare high‑quality meals for our customers. RoleResponsibility
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly in a chilled environment. This is a hands‑on role where your work directly supports getting our meals out to customers.
You’ll Be- Receiving goods and booking in deliveries
- Replenishing stock for production teams
- Picking and preparing orders
- Wrapping and loading goods for dispatch
- Supporting smooth shift handovers
- Working at pace to hit daily targets as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- A proactive, reliable approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused setting
A forklift or reach truck licence is desirable, but not essential — we’ll support training where needed.

What You’ll Get- £14.10 – £17.16 per hour (depending on shift)
- £29,000 – £34,000+ salary equivalent (pro rata for part‑time roles)

We’re hiring across a range of shift patterns — tell us your preference when you apply:
- 4 on 4 off – Days 06:00 – 18:00. Work just 6 months of the year on average. Long breaks built in across the calendar. Ideal for work‑life balance.
- Friday to Sunday – Days Fri & Sat: 06:00 – 18:00 | Sun: 06:00 – 16:00. 4 days off every week. Great for long breaks every week.
- Monday to Thursday – Days 08:00 – 18:00 (40 hours). 3 days off every week. Strong work‑life balance with consistent weekdays.
- Part‑Time (Wednesday & Thursday) 08:00 – 18:00 (20 hours). Ideal for those looking for a flexible, part‑time role.
