The Nail Technician is responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to guests, ensuring a relaxing, safe, and luxurious experience. This role performs manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related treatments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service.

• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements based on guest requests and treatment protocols.
• Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, consulting on service selections, recommending after‑care products, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and treatment area in accordance with state regulations and spa standards.
• Follow all sanitation and disinfecting procedures for tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and products in nail care and spa services.
• Upsell and recommend retail products to support guest self‑care routines.
• Assist with spa operations as needed, including laundry, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment rooms.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the spa and hotel.

• Current state cosmetology or nail technician license required.
• Previous experience in a spa or salon environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, friendly, and service‑oriented demeanor.
