• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Remove trash and recycling, following proper waste disposal procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, drains, walls, and other surfaces as directed.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Support chefs and cooks by keeping workstations stocked and ready for service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food & Beverage team.

• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.

$14.00 - $15.00
