What you can expect:

- Coordinate asphalt plant activity as well as drilling and blasting schedules.
- Communicate daily workload.
- Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up.
- Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
- Collaboration with all lines of business to ensure the balancing of resources.
- Perform daily maintenance on various pieces of equipment.
- Assist with cost inputs for budgets.
- Daily leadership and facilitate appropriate training for your team.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.
