Experienced Spray Foam Insulation Specialist

You know that a quality insulation job takes careful preparation, the right application, and pride in the finished work. At TC Hafford Basement Systems, we're looking for someone who brings that same care to every home.

Our Dr. Energy Saver team is hiring an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Installer
to help make homes more comfortable and energy efficient.
Hands-on spray foam installation experience is required. Depending on your background and leadership experience, you may join us as an installer to be considered for a foreman position.

This is a hands-on insulation position with a variety of work- not exclusively spray foam. Working in attics, basements and crawl spaces you will:

• Prepare work areas and install spray foam insulation using company-approved methods.
• Monitor foam application, coverage, and consistency to deliver quality results.
• Perform air sealing to help reduce drafts and air leakages.
• Remove existing insulation and install blown-in cellulose insulation.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain spray foam equipment, tools and materials.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and keep jobs moving.
• Load and unload company vehicles, protect customers' homes, and leave work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work with your crew to provide a professional, respectful customer experience.

Candidate hired as a foreman will also lead the crew, coordinate daily work, communicate with homeowners, and take responsibility for job quality and completion.
