RGB Network are currently representing a well-established engineering firm based in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking for an additional service coordinator to join their team to support their service department.

Salary Package:

£30,000 - £37,000 DOE
Office based position
Working hours 8am – 5pm

Duties:

Coordinate and schedule service technicians for field assignments.
Create, track, and close work orders in the company’s service management system.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, labour hours, and materials used.
Communicate with clients about job status, scheduling, and concerns.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support field work.
Organise materials, equipment, and logistics for service tasks.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance-related documentation.

Requirements:

Experience working in a similar role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in office software and internal management systems.
Professional, courteous manner when dealing with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
