Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term role? Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wells, Somerset. This position involves teaching a mixed Reception/Year 1 class and will require planning, preparation, and marking.

The Role

Teach a Reception/Year 1 class in a supportive school environment.
Fridays from January, then Thursdays and Fridays after February half-term.
Full responsibility for planning, delivering lessons, and marking work.
Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for early years and KS1 pupils.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
