Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd in Wales is seeking a Regional Maintenance Surveyor to provide estate management services across South Wales and Powys, covering circa 12 care homes. The role reports to the Director of Property Management and involves planning, surveys, budgets, and coordinating maintenance works.
Key duties include inspections, tender support, contract supervision, and H&S compliance. A recognised building/estates qualification and driving licence are essential.
