Overview
French speaking 1st Line Support Advisor
Welshpool
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities- Provide 1st line technical support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services
- Location:
Welshpool - Handle incoming queries by phone, email and live chat
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately
- Analyse data and respond accordingly
- Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls
- Provide customer training on products
- Monitor and report any issues as needed
- Any additional tasks as needed by management
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in customer service or 1st line technical support beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused with a high attention to details
- Good IT skills
