We are seeking a highly skilled Aftermarket Service Engineer to support our core operational mandate of ensuring equipment uptime, customer continuity, and post‑sale value delivery.

You will act as both a technical expert and a commercial contributor.

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, fault‑finding, and equipment optimisation
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics in demanding industrial environments
• Maximise equipment uptime and operational performance
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation and compliance reporting
• Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards

• Identify spare parts and upgrade opportunities
• Support quotation preparation and service proposals
• Partner with Sales to strengthen aftermarket revenue streams
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, reinforcing Eriez’s long‑term value proposition
• Contribute to strategic service growth initiatives in WA
