Salary: £12.82 per hour

Hours:

20 hours contract Shift Times: 21:00 - 07:00 Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Llys Hafren Llys Hafren is a care home located in Welshpool, Powys, offering 40 residential places focused on dementia care.

The home is designed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

It features spacious living areas and a dedicated care team committed to providing personalised care that enhances the well-being and quality of life of each resident.

Job Responsibilities As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.

The will include, but not limited to:

Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

No experience required
