Shaw healthcare is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Llys Hafren
. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those whom we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will use the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Completed or working towards QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Build strong relationships with family, friends, health care professionals and line manager.
• Follow guidelines and policies easily and write up care plans.
