SMT Logistics Operative – Invertek Drives. This hands-on role supports our PCBA and production operations, with responsibilities including:

• Kitting and issuing materials and orders to SMT areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Operating forklift trucks (training provided where required)
• Stock control and inventory management
• Supporting cycle counts, stock audits and continuous inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Supporting continuous improvement within the PCBA operation

• Reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to work

This is a rotating shift role, alternating weekly between:

• Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (Early Shift)
• Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (Late Shift)
• Occasional Saturday working may be required to support business needs
