Hours:

40 or 45 hours per week (4- or 5-day working week available)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with at least 3 years’ experience in fabrication to work in a stable, long-term position with competitive pay and flexible working options.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components, working from technical drawings, and ensuring all work meets required standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabricate metal components accurately to engineering drawings and specifications

* Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using appropriate fabrication techniques

* Carry out welding and finishing work where required (as per skill set)

* Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

* Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

* Follow all company health & safety procedures and regulations

* Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

* Report any issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in fabrication

* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Skilled in metal fabrication techniques and workshop practices

* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

* Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment

* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

* 40-hour week (4 days) or 45-hour week (5 days) available

* Flexible working pattern depending on contract choice

Salary

 * £32,546.22 per annum (40-hour contract)

 * £39,391.88 per annum (45-hour contract)
