Salary and hours Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. Shifts are scheduled with 3 weeks' notice.

Availability Window- Sun: 10:00–16:00
- Mon: 12:00–15:00
- Tue: 10:00–19:00
- Wed: 12:00–15:00
- Fri: 12:00–15:00
- Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following opening and closing routines and ensuring all facilities are in good working order.
- Create a positive impression for customers, role‑model great standards of dress and ready to serve customers.
- Follow the service culture and demonstrate enthusiastic customer service.
- Protect the legal brand by delivering compliance and safety routines.
- Support the manager to control costs, maintain stock record accuracy and prepare for stock control routines.
- Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
- Drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Reliability: on time, well presented and a brand ambassador.
