Daily Support Specialist Learning Disabilities
Powys County Council is seeking a dedicated day services support worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in day service bases and community settings, following service specifications and under the supervision of the Assistant Day Services Manager and Day Activity Manager.
You will implement individual care plans, maintain accurate records, administer prescribed medication according to policies, participate in supervision and training, and help transport service users as required.
