Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Maintain and update critical program documentation, including plans, logs, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Handling: Produce and meticulously manage Excel spreadsheets for action logs, RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and expertly coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring seamless execution, while capturing key actions and decisions.
- Task Management: Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable task lists and track progress against actions, proactively chasing updates to maintain project timelines.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between program team members, vendors, and stakeholders to foster effective communication.

You possess strong organisational and time‑management skills with unwavering attention to detail. - Tech Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a proven track record of using trackers, logs, and structured documents.
- Communication: You have clear and confident interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and asking clarifying questions to ensure alignment.
- Experience: You have experience supporting project or program teams, ideally in PMO or administrative roles, and are comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attitude: You are proactive, reliable, and demonstrate a consistent "can‑do" attitude.
