Administrator, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)

Contract: Temporary – up to 6 weeks

Salary: £12.25 per hour holiday pay

Start: Immediate

We’re supporting a well known organisation who are implementing a brand-new HR system. To support this project, we're recruiting an administrator to support the head office team. This role is highly process-driven, repetitive, and perfect for someone who is organised, methodical and happy working through digital documents at pace.

You will be working as part of a dedicated data migration team, completing tasks such as:

• Reviewing digital employee records
• Uploading complete packs into the new system
• Accurately recording progress on spreadsheets and trackers
• Ensuring all information is uploaded and labelled correctly
• Flagging any issues or inconsistencies to the project lead

• Confident working with large volumes of digital documents
• Comfortable following structured processes and checklists
• Able to focus, concentrate and work methodically
• Confident using spreadsheets and systems (Excel / trackers)
• Reliable, proactive and able to start immediately
