This role is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3:30pm at our office in Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1EL
.

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide administrative support to our team of Personal Assistants and the Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using appropriate business communication methods.
  • Manage resources in accordance with company values and business principles.
  • Support event and project planning, logistics, and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient documentation and records.
  • Assist with data input, reporting, and analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in administrative processes.
  • Use and maintain business systems such as databases and spreadsheets.
  • Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Over time, and with increasing responsibility, provide calendar and scheduling support to the executive team, as appropriate.
  • Candidate Profile:
    Essential:
    • Interest in developing a career in business administration.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
    • Organised, with good time management skills.
    • Able to deal with confidential information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    Desirable:
    • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
    • Suitable for a school leaver or someone transitioning into an administrative role from another field.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enroll in a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship course.
