Health & Safety Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major construction scheme based in Hertfordshire

This is a unique, design-led development delivering high-end residential units, offering the chance to work on a prestigious project with a strong focus on quality, detail, and best-in-class delivery.

You will take full ownership of health & safety on site, working closely with the project team to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the build. This is a standalone role on a single scheme, giving you real influence and visibility across all operations.

• Lead all health & safety activities on site
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Drive a proactive safety culture across the project team and subcontractors
• Provide guidance and support to site management

• IOSH qualified (essential)
• Level 6 qualification (desirable)
• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role on construction projects
• Experience on larger-scale or high-value schemes preferred
• A well-rounded, confident professional with strong communication skills
