Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £85,000 £ 95,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London & Home Counties division. This is a great opportunity to work on high-value DfE projects and progress your career within a stable, well-respected business.

What Youll Be Doing- Lead commercial management across multiple projects
- Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice
- Manage your own projects independently
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control
- Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams
