Branta is partnering with a growing, professional business based in North London to recruit a Junior Estimator with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to support an expanding portfolio of small commercial projects while accelerating their career within a structured, supportive environment.

In this role, you will build upon your existing commercial foundation, gaining hands-on exposure to diverse project types, client management, and pricing disciplines across commercial construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns for small commercial projects.

* Review drawings, tender specifications, and site documentation to identify project requirements.

* Assist in pricing exercises and coordinate full tender submissions.

* Liaise with subcontractors, material suppliers, and internal operational teams.

* Conduct site visits across new and existing project developments.

* Communicate professionally with end clients, main contractors, and project stakeholders.

* Maintain accurate commercial records, cost databases, and tender documentation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 1 to 3 years of estimating experience within construction, fit-out, or commercial refurbishment.

* Strong attention to detail paired with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

* Confident communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interaction.

* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard estimating/CAFM software.

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site visits).

* Proactive attitude with a desire to take ownership of pricing tasks and develop within the business.
