Catering is seeking a Commercial Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor to take immediate ownership of a major high-rise residential tower scheme in Welwyn Garden City. The role requires extensive Tier 1 contractor background, proven high-rise delivery, and full pre- and post-construction experience.
You will manage pre-tender activities, package scoping, subcontract awards, CVRs, variations, and final accounts, ensuring robust commercial control within a live procurement phase.
