Main Role & Responsibilities

Client Application for Payments including associated processes, client and dispute management.

Commercial performance and analysis

Compensation Event & Early Warning Management

Commercial Reporting

Client Liaison

Subcontract Management

Required experience

HND/degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent

Familiarity with NEC forms of contract NEC3 particularly Option

C.

Previous experience in the Utilities industry.

Experience in commercial management of contracts.

Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

Good communication skills.

Comfortable liaising with clients and management.

Stable employment history.

Excellent time keeping skills.

Salary and package can be negeotiated depending on experience.
