Location: Welwyn
A healthcare provider is seeking a Band 3 Therapy Assistant to deliver community care as part of the Discharge Home to Assess Team, helping patients towards rehabilitation. This position requires NVQ Level III and driving capabilities. You will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, providing necessary treatment and support to patients in their homes. The role is full-time and may require weekend shifts as part of a rota.
The salary ranges from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, pro rata.
