🔑 The Role

As part of our specialist Finance recruitment team
, you’ll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your own network of clients and candidates.
• Partner with clients to provide advice, market insights, and tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage a warm desk while driving business development with both existing and new clients.
• Source, headhunt, and attract top Finance talent through adverts, headhunting, marketing, social media, and networking.
• Interview, qualify, and present credible shortlists to clients.
• Ensure compliance checks are completed and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
