As the Product Manager for the Cyber Data Intelligence Platform (CDIP) at Tesco Technology, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data analytics and AI capabilities for our cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring cyber resilience and protecting Tesco from emerging threats.

About the role

You will lead product strategy, roadmap, development, and release while prioritising features, engaging stakeholders, championing user experience, and fostering continuous innovation. Your work will drive maximum business value and secure our cyber data intelligence platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the product strategy for cyber data analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Own the product roadmap and continuously improve platform capabilities to meet user needs.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise features and initiatives, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Engage with senior leadership, internal cyber data teams, and security partners to align product success.
  • Champion the user experience through research, feedback, and iterative improvement.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement for data and AI products.
  • Lead sprint planning and release processes to deliver maximum business value efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Technical background with experience working with cloud platforms in data‑intensive products.
  • Product Management experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and driving product development in a sophisticated data environment.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, writing detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, including senior leaders across fields.
  • Passion for user experience, conducting research, collecting feedback, and driving iterative improvements based on data‑driven insights.
  • Good understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and GenAI product development concepts.
