We're recruiting for a Test and Learn Squad Lead within the Strategy and Transformation team  this role, you will lead a Rapid Test and Learn squad focused on continuously experimenting to identify, refine and scale the most effective ways to engage customers and drive valuable behaviours.

Working with a cross functional team of test owners, analysts and channel specialists, you will define, design, launch and measure high impact communication experiments  will play a key role in ensuring we are constantly learning what works, and what does not, and turning those insights into scaled activity that delivers measurable sales and profit growth.

Operating within an agile environment, you will manage sprint cadence, prioritisation and squad capacity, while shaping where we focus to maximise both customer and commercial impact. You will be accountable for delivering agreed business KPIs, including incremental sales and profit generated through testing and scaling initiatives, ensuring our approach continues to evolve based on real customer insight and performance data.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery and performance of the squad. Lead end to end delivery of the Test and Learn agenda, from idea through to scaled execution. Own key performance outcomes including number of tests run, percentage of winning tests, percentage of tests scaled, and incremental sales and profit delivered. Ensure a strong balance of speed, quality and impact, not just volume of testing.
  • Translating learning into growth. Ensure insights from tests are clear, actionable and reused across the business. Drive the transition from test to prove to scale, preventing strong ideas from stalling. Build a culture of evidence based decision making within and beyond the squad.
  • Shaping priorities and direction. Represent Test and Learn in the Customer Planning Flow to prioritise focus based on impact and capacity. Actively challenge and refine the backlog to ensure work is focused on the highest value opportunities. Partner with commercial, product and channel teams to align testing priorities with growth goals.
  • Removing barriers and enabling pace. Work with other squad leads to unblock dependencies across data, technology, creative and channels. Identify systemic friction and improve how Test and Learn operates, not just resolving one off issues. Ensure the squad can move quickly without compromising governance or quality.
  • Embedding new capabilities, for example Adobe. Support the implementation and evolution of Adobe and other capabilities within Test and Learn. Translate new tools into practical improvements in how we test, learn and scale. Feed back requirements to help shape future capability in line with squad needs.
  • Commercial storytelling and influence. Shape a clear and compelling commercial narrative for Test and Learn in partnership with Finance and performance teams. Communicate performance, insight and opportunities in a way that drives action and investment. Act as a visible advocate for Test and Learn across the business.
