Roche is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist/Senior Machine Learning Scientist in Small Molecule Drug Design. You will design ML models for structure-driven drug design, focusing on protein–ligand interactions and binding affinity, and collaborate with computational and medicinal chemistry teams.
You will train foundation models for structure prediction, validate hypotheses with chemists and biologists, and contribute to open-source releases and conference talks.
