Who You Are You are a visionary technical practitioner who thrives on turning complex organizational challenges into robust, scalable data science solutions. You bring a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for using data to improve patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you bring:
* ** Quantitative Foundation:
Master’s
** or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
* ** Deep Data Science Expertise:
** Proven professional experience building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models in Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
* ** Advanced Causal Inference & Modeling:
** Proven expertise in causal inference techniques (e.g., A/B testing, propensity score matching, synthetic controls) to isolate and measure true incremental business impact.
* ** Cross-Functional Leadership:
** Demonstrated ability to lead complex data initiatives and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
* ** Stakeholder Impact:
** Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
