Ashtons Estate Agents is Hertfordshire’s leading agency, selling 1‑in‑10 homes priced over £1,000,000. We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Valuer/listing specialist to join any of our six office locations.

• Conduct multiple market appraisals daily, guiding each through the marketing phase to hand‑over to the sales management team.
• Negotiate with intelligent clients and purchasers, building trusted relationships at every interaction.
• Provide valuable market insights and tailored sales strategies, ensuring every client enjoys a positive Ashtons experience.
• Collaborate with dedicated office‑based associates to manage client expectations throughout the process.

• 6+ years in estate agency, with at least 3 years of valuing experience.
• Positive, energetic, can‑do approach to daily tasks.
• Commercial outlook with the ability to think outside the box.
• Track record of winning mentality and increasing market share.
• Thrives in a busy office environment.
• Works under pressure, maintains attention to detail, solves problems clearly, and displays an engaging, charismatic personality.
• Excellent geographic knowledge of Hertfordshire.
• Persuasive and strong negotiation skills.

1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Parking permit provided by the business.
• 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
