We are recruiting an Account Manager to join a growing team of 30 account managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, including recent graduates, who has strong customer service skills and some office experience.
The role focuses on relationship management and supporting an existing portfolio of clients—with no sales involved. Regular face‑to‑face client meetings are an important part of the role. A company car is provided.
Hybrid working is available after probation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build positive, lasting relationships with clients
* Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Attend client meetings as required
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a natural rapport builder with a positive and enthusiastic approach
* Has excellent customer service skills
* Is numerate and confident using Word and Excel (GCSE Maths Grade B/Level
6)
* Can resolve issues efficiently
* Has strong presentation skills
* Holds a full driving licence
This role is particularly suitable for:
* Individuals at the early stage of their career
* Graduates seeking their first client‑facing role
* Candidates with some office experience looking to progress
