Within our Solutions team in Welwyn, you'll build robust, scalable applications, agents and data pipelines that empower scientists, enable AI/ML, and accelerate the development of life-changing medicines.

** Who you are
** You are passionate about building scalable, reliable systems that unlock the potential of scientific data. You thrive at the intersection of engineering and science, and you bring both technical depth and collaborative energy to everything you do.
* A degree in Computer Science or similar technical field with experience in software engineering
* Full stack development experience — front end and/or back end
* Exposure to databases, APIs and cloud-native architectures
* A track record of designing reliable, scalable, performant and secure data applications
* Strong communication skills and a passion for technical and product excellence
** Preferred
* ** Domain knowledge in biology, chemistry, drug discovery or translational medicine
* Experience with AI/ML integration and model deployment
* Passion for building usable products to support the needs of the users
