Part-Time Planner – Repairs & Maintenance

Hours:

20 hours per week  Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–5:00pm

Our agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established repairs contractor for a Part-Time Planner to be based in Brent.

This is a great opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience who is looking for consistent afternoon hours within a busy repairs and maintenance environment.

The Role As a Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs works by ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and resources are used effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling and planning reactive and/or planned repair works

Liaising with operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors

Booking appointments and updating customers where required

Managing diaries and allocating work using internal systems

Updating job statuses and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the wider planning and operational team

About You
Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role (repairs/maintenance experience is highly desirable)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach

Comfortable using IT systems and scheduling software

Able to work independently during afternoon hours
