Repairs Admin
Temp – 6 Month Contract
£29,116 per annum
Based in Hertford
Our client is looking for a repairs Admin, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/housing would be advantageous. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail with experience in a customer facing role. The candidate would need to be confident in communicating both written and verbally in English.
Repairs Supervisor Responsibilities- Assisting our technical repairs surveyors to manage cases and repairs to completion. Monitoring of contractor performance to ensure we are delivering value for money, adhering to the measures, intervening in repairs and their management as required.
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in time, spot checking repairs when invoicing to ensure they are financially managed correctly.
- Assisting to ensure all repair escalations are managed and responded to in time and managing works and contractors to enable resolutions agreed.
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, have the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
- MS office essential (outlook word and excel)
