Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer
A growing residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a live housing scheme in Wembley.
You'll be supporting the Technical Manager, helping to keep designs coordinated, compliant, and moving at pace.
Location:
Wembley (Site‑Based)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package
The Role- Support the technical delivery of a live residential development
- Coordinate consultants, drawings, and technical information
- Manage planning conditions and liaise with Building Control
- Respond to technical queries from site and construction teams
- Assist with approvals, utilities, and statutory submissions
- Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
- Background working with a residential developer or house builder
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction
- Comfortable working site-based and interacting with site teams
£55,000 – £65,000 salary + Package
