An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering fire door installation, remediation and maintenance projects. This role offers full ownership of projects from start to finish across London and nationwide, and is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in fire doors.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Based near Wembley, with projects across London and throughout the UK. Most work is within London. Applicants should be based in London or the Home Counties.

This established passive fire protection specialist delivers the installation, remediation, inspection and ongoing maintenance of fire doors across residential, commercial and public sector buildings. Their services also include fire door surveys, compliance works and planned maintenance programmes, helping customers maintain high standards of fire safety and regulatory compliance. Projects range from reactive repairs through to larger planned contracts valued between £1,000 and £500,000, typically lasting from one week to six months.

The business has built a strong reputation within a specialist sector and continues to secure a consistent pipeline of work. You will manage a varied portfolio of projects, work alongside experienced site teams and be trusted to take ownership of delivery. You will have full responsibility for delivering fire door projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard from mobilisation through to completion.

• Managing multiple live projects
