Join a warm and welcoming SEN team where your support will help students thrive both in and out of the classroom. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with young people, families, and professionals to create brighter outcomes every day.

• Providing 1:1 support for a named student, helping them reach their full potential
• Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans with care and confidence
• Liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff, and external professionals
• Completing annual reviews and maintaining accurate pupil profiles
• Keeping intervention records up to date and meaningful
• Supporting the SENDCo with inclusive planning and pastoral strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
