Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil development.
• Contribute to school life, attending staff meetings, training, and events.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 pupils.
• A creative, reflective, and enthusiastic teaching style.
• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
