About the RoleAs a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Support pupils in making strong progress in core subjects, particularly literacy and numeracy
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school

Candidate Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ideally Year
4) - Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and pupil development
- Full-time, permanent position
