Events Coordinator

Ensure that UCFB events continue to deliver consistently high-quality experiences from our world-class higher education portfolio set in elite level sporting venues.

Diligent and organised administrative planning as well as hands-on event support working towards event lead delivering to deadlines and to an excellent standard.

Relationship management liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external negotiating to find solutions.

Strong administrative and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Creating event materials such as running orders scripts handouts event packs and gifts as well as creating presentations and event content.

Excellent customer service skills you will strive for a positive event experience for all attendees and understand the importance of event success. You will maintain a professional approach and act as a brand ambassador when representing the institution whether via email enquires or in-person.

You will understand the nature of an events-based role with some flexibility required to working hours as the event schedule demands.
